BIR QAP

The Quarterly Alphalist of Payees or the QAP can also be generated as an attachment to the 1601-EQ

  1. Select Reports from the sidebar (refer to Navigating Oojeema)
  2. Under the Tax Reports section, go to Quarterly Alphalist of Payees
  3. You can download the CSV format of the QAP Report and/or download the BIR Compliant DAT file.
Click on the appropriate button to download the desired file

If you have not completed the TIN information of the Vendor, this is a good time to do so or you won’t be allowed to dowload the CSV or the DAT file for the QAP
