If you feel that some of the steps in setting up your Oojeema account is a little bit beyond you, you can invite an accountant as one of your users so your accountant or accountant friend can help you get past some of the more technical stuff.
Follow these steps to invite an accountant
- Go to Settings
- Select User
- Click on the Invite Accountant button
- Fill up the details of the accountant you are inviting.
- By default, the Accountant group will be assigned to the accountant.
Note: The Accountant group is a system generated group that comes with a pre-assigned set of permissions. If you want to give your accountant custom permissions, you can create a new User Group and assign that group to your accountant later on.
Your accountant will receive an email with their sign-in credentials. If your accountant is an existing Oojeema user, they will receive an email notice that they can login to your company using their existing credentials.
