# BIR QAP

The Quarterly Alphalist of Payees or the QAP can also be generated as an attachment to the [1601-EQ](https://resources.oojeema.com/docs/generating-bir-forms/)

1. Select **Reports** from the sidebar (refer to [Navigating Oojeema](https://resources.oojeema.com/docs/navigating-oojeema/#6-toc-title))
2. Under the **Tax Report**s section, go to **Quarterly Alphalist of Payees**
3. You can download the CSV format of the QAP Report and/or download the BIR Compliant DAT file.

If you have not completed the TIN information of the Vendor, this is a good time to do so or you won’t be allowed to dowload the CSV or the DAT file for the QAP
